1-Minute Gut Massage for Smooth Bowel Movement

Do you have trouble with constipation?

Constipation troubles many people. Not being able to go to the toilet can cause stomach pain, affect skin condition, and lead to annoying pimples. The gut is also called the “second brain” of the body and is one of the most important immune organs.

Today, we’re sharing a 1-minute gut massage you can do at home anytime. It helps remove stored fat and waste from the body, reduces bloating, relieves constipation, and boosts immunity.

  1. Place both palms on your stomach and push downward.
  2. Push down from the side of your stomach, back, and waist.
  3. Overlap your hands,  place the first joint of your right middle finger on top of your left middle finger.
  4. Exhale and gently press 2–3 cm below your belly button.
  5. Then press around the belly button in a clockwise direction.
  6. If you feel a hard area, use your fingers to press and massage it up and down 8 times.

 

This massage helps warm the intestines and stimulate gut movement. By gently pressing the hard areas of the lower belly, it relaxes tight parts, restores normal bowel function, and removes waste from the gut. Besides relieving constipation, it also reduces bloating and supports weight loss.
