How to Remedy Overeating During a Fat Loss Phrase
Occasionally indulging in a big meal during a weight loss period is completely fine.
The sudden weight gain you might see the next day can cause anxiety, but in reality, this is not fat. It's mostly food residue and water retention.
How can you quickly return to your normal weight in just one day? Remember these three methods:
1. If you consumed high-salt, high-sodium foods like hot pot, barbecue, or spicy skewers:**
The next morning, you can drink some black coffee, red tea, or green tea, and eat foods high in potassium.
Examples: Grapefruit, white fungus, etc. Additionally, drink plenty of plain water
to accelerate your body's metabolism, expel water and salt, and clear out the fats in your intestines.
2. If you ate high-carb foods like cakes, bread, or noodles:**
The next day, consume foods rich in malic acid, such as winter melon and cucumber.
These foods can slow down the conversion of carbohydrates (sugars) into fat, promote carbohydrate metabolism, and make it less likely for fat to accumulate on your body.
3. If you ate greasy foods like braised pork, slippery pork, or stinky tofu:
After the meal, you can drink some green tea or cold water to boost your metabolism.
The next day, drink more red tea, green tea, or oolong tea, and eat foods rich in dietary fiber and vitamin B to reduce fat absorption.
PS: Although there are ways to quickly restore your weight, it is still recommended that indulgent meals should not exceed four times a week.
