Liu Yifei's Intermittent Fasting Meal Plan

Day 1: Egg Fast Day

Morning: 2 boiled eggs  
Lunch: 2 scrambled eggs  
Evening: 2 steamed eggs  

Day 2: Meat Fast Day

Eat meat all day: chicken, shrimp, beef, and other high-quality proteins  

Day 3: Liquid Fast Day

Only drink liquids: black coffee, milk, yogurt, drink when hungry  

Day 4: Fruit Day

Eat only fruits: apples, blueberries, dragon fruit, eat when hungry  

Day 5: Vegetable Day

Unlimited vegetables: lettuce, spinach, cucumber, winter melon  

Every day, drink 2000ml of warm water and ensure 8 hours of sufficient sleep.

Liquid diet with no solid food

Semi-liquid food choices are much more varied, generally including foods that are easy to digest and come with broth, such as various congees (preserved egg and lean pork congee, seafood congee, vegetable and lean pork congee), tofu soup, steamed egg custard, etc. Anything that can be made into a liquid form is acceptable.

Day 3

Breakfast: sugar-free soy milk + pumpkin paste

Lunch: mushroom and egg custard  
Dinner: yogurt  

Day 5

Liu Yifei's Intermittent Fasting Meal Plan (Fourth Stage: 2 Days of Light Diet)

1. Eat healthy meals until 80% full.  
2. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can return to normal, such as home-cooked meals.  
3. Do not overeat, eat until 80% full.  
4. Prefer whole grains as the main meal, eat less for dinner. You can also engage in moderate exercise.

Every day, drink 2000ml of warm water and ensure 8 hours of sufficient sleep.
