Subway sandwiches all seem to be fat-loss-friendly, don't they? But often, the fat calories are hidden inside🤫.

Here, tuna is the representative sandwich with high calories and high fat content,

so try to avoid Subway tuna sandwiches during the fat loss phase!

Subway 💡Diet Tips:
1️⃣ Use only one sauce, preferably mustard, which most people can accept.
2️⃣ Avoid processed meats 🍖🥓
  - Because they have high calories and fat content.
3️⃣ Add more vegetables.
4️⃣ Although the calorie difference between breads is similar, high-fiber bread is still preferred.
  - Wheat & honey oat both have 4 grams of fiber.
5️⃣ Skip the cookies.
  - One cookie weighing 45 grams has almost the same calories as a 6-inch sandwich, with extra fat.

Of course, Subway has many other delicious options, like salads🥗.

I prefer Subway salads🥗, just for that dish😅.
