1. Lack of Sleep

2. Skipping Sunscreen

While sunlight benefits the body, excessive exposure can cause skin damage, leading to wrinkles, sunspots,

dryness, and hyperpigmentation due to UV rays.

 

3. Excessive Dieting

Unhealthy or rapid weight loss can speed up aging, causing loose and sagging skin, dryness, and the appearance

of wrinkles and dark spots.

 

4. Smoking

Nicotine in tobacco deprives the skin of oxygen and nutrients, making it dry, dull, and loose while accelerating

collagen degradation and increasing wrinkles.

 

5. Alcohol Abuse

Alcohol is a Class I carcinogen. Stay away from alcohol

and you will be in good spirits. If you drink alcohol for

a long time, you will experience: Dilation of blood vessels,

redness of the skin, and dilation of capillaries; it affects

the balance of moisture and nutrition in the skin, causing

the skin to become dry, rough, lose elasticity, and more

prone to wrinkles.

 

6. Sugar Cravings

Excess sugar raises blood sugar levels, triggering glycation,

which damages collagen and elastic fibers, resulting in

wrinkles, sagging skin, and dark spots.

 

7. High Stress Levels
