1.Eating vegetarian every day doesn’t guarantee weight loss

2. Even when dieting, you still need to eat meat

Completely avoiding meat during weight loss may lead to insufficient protein intake, muscle loss, and decrease in metabolic rate, which can cause weight rebound. Obesity isn’t necessarily due to eating too much meat but may result from excessive consumption of starch, sugary, or greasy foods. Thus, eating lean meats, fish, shrimp, eggs, and dairy in moderation. As long as you avoid overly fatty cuts, most protein-rich foods are acceptable. Increased protein intake boosts weight loss efficiency.

3. Avoid fasted cardio in the morning

Morning is when your metabolism is at its lowest daily point. Exercising on an empty stomach burns fewer calories, reduces fat-burning efficiency, and yields poor weight loss results. Instead, work out between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, when your metabolic rate peaks and physical stamina is highest. This timeframe optimizes exercise effectiveness and fat loss.

4. Stay hydrated at all times

Water is crucial for maintaining fluid balance. Some people appear "puffy" not because they drink too much water but because they’re dehydrated. Drink 2500ml of water daily—hydration can creates a sense of fullness, helping you feel satisfied even while consuming fewer calories.
