Four Stages of Fat
1.Nutritional Period of Fat
Morning: 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM is the nutritional period of fat.
During this time, eating more won’t easily make you gain weight.
Best combination: solid protein + liquid protein + carbohydrates + dietary fiber
For example: eggs, milk, low-sugar fruits, sweet potatoes. Eat and drink enough!
2.Fat Burning Period
Morning 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM is the fat burning period.
During this time, drink water as often as possible.
Take small sips, aiming to drink over 2000 milliliters. Preferably choose warm water.
Next is unsweetened black coffee. In spring, you can drink herbal teas made from rose, Chinese rose, jasmine, chrysanthemum, etc.
These can help with fat burning and speed up metabolism. Be sure to drink plenty of water!
3.Resting Period of Fat
Afternoon 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM is the resting period of fat.
During this time, it is recommended to eat more vegetables, especially leafy greens.
Add some protein, and eat until you are 70-80% full.
Stop eating once you feel full, don’t overeat. Have dinner before 6:00 PM for better digestion.
4.Fat Accumulation Period
Evening 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM is the fat accumulation period.
Eating more during this time will lead to weight gain.
Avoid eating anything, including late-night snacks. Control yourself to prevent rebound weight gain.
Remember, staying up late can increase your cravings. Going to bed early and waking up early helps with weight loss.
